ALL SAINTS CHURCH, BAWDESWELL

October Baptisms - 09.10.05  Bradley Thomas White  was baptised by Rev David Head .  30 family and friends attended.
16.10.05  Emma-Leigh Rose Beamis was baptised by Rev David Head.  55 attended.
 

There is to be a Christmas Flower demonstration in the church by Nick Grounds the Wisbech Auctioneer on Friday 18th November. 

             GOD  IS GOOD

     Starting on Sunday 20th November is the GiG at 10 o’clock in the church – aimed at families of all ages – every third Sunday of the month (excepting December).  Half an hour of music, prayers, and a thought for the day  from the Rector, followed by coffee and a chat.  In time we hope people will come forward and play or read for us.  It’s just a short  informal gathering once a month and we look forward to seeing you there.
 

The popular Family Christmas Concert is on the afternoon of Sunday December 11th 
Our Carol service this year is on Sunday 18th December at 10am and we are hoping very much that the Benefice Choir will join us.  So it should be a rousing occasion.
 

CONFIRMATION CLASSES
There is to be a visit by Bishop James on the evening of Thursday February 23 for a confirmation service, the first in Bawdeswell since 1979.  There are five candidates so far and if anybody wants to join them, please contact the Rector.
