SUMMER HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES    

            AT THE VILLAGE HALL

A group of volunteers are planning a number of ‘FREE entry’ fun events for children, teenagers and families over the summer school holiday period using the village hall and playing field.  Some events will be held during the day, others in the evening. Details of specific events will appear in the June & July editions of the Reeves Tale.  We are applying for a grant to assist us in obtaining specific outdoor and indoor equipment and will hold fund raising events from time to time.   

All through the summer holidays on weekday afternoons light refreshments will be served in the hall at a small charge,

FOR THIS SCHEME TO SUCCEED, WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS TO GIVE JUST A FEW HOURS OF THEIR TIME TO ASSIST IN THE RUNNING OF THE EVENTS AND MANNING THE HALL!!!

ANY DONATIONS OF UNWANTED GAMES, TOYS, SPORTS EQUIPMENT, A POOL TABLE AND, OF COURSE, MONEY WOULD BE GREATLY APPECIATED.
