THIS WILL BE OUR ANNUAL PARISH MEETING (which is an open meeting for Parishioners to attend and speak about planning applications, problems in the village etc.)

THE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING (election of officers, review of last year and annual financial report)

FOLLOWED BY THE NORMAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING.

Bawdeswell Annual Parish Meeting

The Bawdeswell Annual Parish Meeting will be held on TUESDAY 2nd May in the Village Hall at 7pm. This is an open meeting for parishioners to talk about their problems and needs in the village and comment on what is happening.

This meeting will be followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting and election of officers and then by an ordinary Parish Council Meeting.

Just because there is an annual meeting this doesn’t mean that you can’t be heard at any normal Parish Council meeting. Parishioners are encouraged to attend every meeting and talk to the Council. Meetings are held normally on the first Monday of the month except January and August. The Parish Council Precept (the amount that the Parish Council raises through Council Tax) is set at the meeting in December.
