Although the Cross may be seen as

a place of shame, the light of My love

burned brightly for all who, in the

succeeding years, would receive Me.

The Cross is saying that the pain of life

cannot be avoided, but it is also saying

that such pain can be transformed when

the divine love is given an entrance. As

pain is shot through by My love, heights

of endurance, and a patience undreamed

of, can be reached.
