FREE LUNCH - VILLAGE HALL PAINTATHON – 6^th & 7^th MAY

Well, it’s not really free as you will be expected to work for it, but in a good cause. On Saturday and Sunday 6^th & 7^th May we are organising a Paintathon at the village hall. The objective is to give the hall a bit of a facelift inside. There will be a FREE Barbeque style lunch provided each day plus refreshments throughout. If you can help on one or both days either with the painting or catering, please contact me on 688749.

BAWDESWELL GROUNDFORCE

With the arrival of spring the Bawdeswell Groundforce Group are going to be planning more good works in the Village. We need more helpers. Sessions are usually only 2-3 hours and can be any day of the week or weekend to suit. Please call me if you can help. Projects in mind at the moment are clearing up ‘Adams Pit’ and helping the Heritage Group with Tree planting. Any suggestions for other small projects are welcome.

VILLAGE HANDYMAN

There is a vacancy for a Village Handyman responsible

for keeping specific areas of the village in a safe, clean

and tidy condition. Applicants must be able to undertake

small running repairs and maintenance.
