Bawdeswell Parochial Church Council

The Annual General Meeting of the PCC was held on 24^th April in the church.  All existing members plus 3 Parishioners attended. 

Mr Ken Ewing was elected as Lay Chairman, Mr Robin Taylor and Mr William Mason as Churchwardens and Mr William Mason as Treasurer.

To mark the occasion of his retirement form the PCC Mr David Gurney was presented with a watercolour painting of the church.  The Rector expressed his thanks to Mr Gurney for all his years of dedicated work to the church not only as Chiurchwarden, Lay Chairman but also as the Synod Representative.

Mr and Mrs Gurney presented the church with 30 new Hymn Books, Hymns Old and New, which will be much appreciated by all those who attend the services.
