‘Bring Banks’ bring income to your parish

Are you aware of your nearest Bring Bank site?  These are places in your local community where you can recycle one or more of the following items – glass, paper and textiles. They are conveniently located throughout Breckland; normally in car parks or next to pubs and village halls.

Bring Banks are a great way to help keep waste from landfill and a simple way to generate income for your local community. They work on the principle that for every tonne of recyclables collected, your parish council receives recycling credits or payments. This money can then be spent on parish and community projects such as new bus shelters, providing seating areas, adventure playground equipment and public footpaths.
