BECOME A COMMUNITY RANGER
Fed up with litter?
The Community Rangers Project gives passionate members of the community relevant information and contact details to be able to report issues to improve the quality of their local environment. Issues such as full litter bins, fly-tipping, broken streetlamps and abandoned cars.
Each Community Ranger will be invited to an induction session which will take place soon. They will each be issued with a pack which will contain contact details and a short paragraph about each relevant department at Breckland Council, as well as details of organisations such as Norfolk County Council, the Environment Agency and the Police.
Through becoming a Community Ranger we hope that these residents will feel empowered, and be proactive in helping their community.
There are also freepost postcards available for people to register their interest. These will be available in all Libraries and Police stations in the Breckland area.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
Thank you for your time.
