BAWDESWELL COMMUNITY PRE-SCHOOL

We are a small and very friendly group with ten children currently attending and three members of staff.

This month the children are going to be kept very busy making cards, calendars and decorations.  We will also be learning songs for the nativity ‘Whoops-a-Daisy Angel’. The children, along with class one, will be performing this for their families on Tuesday 14th December and for the pupils of Bawdeswell Primary School on Wednesday 15th December.
…And finally the Christmas party will be held on the last day of term, Thursday 16th December, when we will be expecting a very special visitor.

SCHOOL LIBRARY PROJECT
With the help from FOBS we are looking to update our library area, with new furniture, books and computerised stock system. We have arranged for professional companies to measure up and give us quotations for the work needed.  We have also arranged for a county librarian to come and spend a day with Mrs Martin to stock take the library. This day has been arranged for Thursday 9th December and we will need a team of 3 parent helpers to work with the staff and county librarian.  If you could help us on this day, please let Mrs Lambert know in the office as soon as possible.

CHURCH SERVICE FRIDAY 17TH  DECEMBER
Our Christmas service starts at 1.30pm  . All welcome.

The children will be collecting money towards the upkeep of the church and The Meningitis Trust during the service.
It will finish approximately 2.30pm and parents may take their children home from there.
Please tell their teacher before taking them.
