DOGS

Why is it that Foxley and Bawdeswell and Elmham are under going a number of incidents concerning dog owners ?They are refusing to carry out their responsibility to the community by depositing their dog's mess, albeit in non degradable plastic bags in local hedges ! If your village does not have a dog bin , you are required to TAKE IT HOME .
