CLERKS REPORT:

-Anglian Water reply received stating they have no records showing the adoption of sewers in Hall Road from No. 22 onwards – it appears that when AW moved to Peterborough in 1990’s records for this area were lost.   Two Fields Way has public foul and surface water sewerage systems.  Bell Close has a public surface water system only.  Clerk now has maps of sewage system if anyone wants to see them.

If any parishioner in Hall Road or Bell Close has proof that these sewers were adopted can they please let the Clerk have a copy so that we can prove to AW that these are their responsibility.

-NCC to be contacted regarding proposed mini roundabout near School entrance and also proposed reconstruction of some more footways in village.

-Village Hall recently vandalised – Police found culprits and they have been reprimanded.

PC praise positive response from parents, this was much appreciated.
