FOXLEY RESIDENTS…….HELP!
By now all Foxley residents should have received the black bins from the Council for recycling paper, tins, cartons and plastics etc.  The Village Hall Committee would like to bring to your attention the fact that the waste paper bank that is situated on the parking area in front of the hall does in fact earn a revenue every time it is  filled.
If the new bins are used for wastepaper, the hall bank is likely to be neglected and might be taken away.  Any revenue for your village hall is important.  So please continue to put your newspapers in the hall paper bank.  Thank you everyone.

A VILLAGE APPRAISAL SCHEME FOR FOXLEY
The Rural Community Council has set up a scheme whereby villagers can voice their concerns and needs for their particular area.  Essentially, a ‘Village Appraisal’ is a comprehensive survey carried out by the residents for the residents.
It gives every resident the chance to express their personal or family concerns relating to the community, and more importantly any ideas or requirements to help the community move forward.
Within the next few weeks a questionnaire will be given to every household in Foxley.  When the questionnaire has been completed, it can be handed in at a point to be notified, and all the concerns and requirements will be carefully analysed and valued on their merits by the Village Appraisal Committee; and then a report will be produced.  A meeting will then be held where residents can discuss the report, and have a final say on what should be taken on as projects or plans for the community as a whole.
